How can I contact the seller or landlord?
Click on the link in the ad. You will be directed to the provider you can contact. If the provider does not have a website, the contact information is visible.
How complete is the offer on CasaSearch?
All providers of houses with more than 20 available listings on Curaçao and Bonaire can be found on CasaSearch. In addition, individual listings are posted so that the offer is almost complete.
Why are some listings less comprehensive?
Some of the offerings are Premium content. These listings have a limited presentation. Even so, with the information available you can get a good idea of the properties and click through to the broker where the full listing is visible.
How is it possible that a property has already been sold?
The data of all houses is updated automatically every day. If the property is set to "sold" at the real estate agent, it will also be visible at CasaSearch within 24 hours.
It is common for the source/broker to leave listings already sold or rented on their website, so always contact them to ask if the property is actually available.
Do I need a paid account to use CasaSearch?
No, certainly not. Public information, in our opinion, should be freely accessible to everyone. You can use the basic search functionalities without an account . You do need a Premium account for the expanded features.
Why does a Premium account cost money?
CasaSeach is not part of a large (real estate) organization such as Funda.nl or Realtor.com and therefore has limited income from listings. In order to be able to offer our website and services and keep developing them, you as a user pay for Premium search functions such as the notification e-mail.
Which Premium Search account is right for me?
Premium Search A is sufficient to be able to use all search functions. If you have multiple searches and want to receive new houses daily by e-mail, choose Premium Search C. You can change or cancel your account at any time.
How do I pay for a Premium Search account?
You create an account and can immediately use the Premium features. Payment is fully automatic via your bank or credit card. You will receive confirmation and invoice of your first payment on the start date. Every month your account is renewed until cancellation. You will receive a monthly email with invoice for this.

What role does CasaSearch have?
CasaSearch has a 100% focus on platform operation and development. CasaSearch is not a real estate agent or booking platform, but an independent house search engine. Our customer (the 'house-hunter') is king. CasaSearch is run by IT professionals in Curaçao and in the Netherlands with 20 years+ experience.
Can I post my listings on CasaSearch?
Most welcome! As long as you are the rightful owner or representative (broker, agent, manager, landlord) of the property or lot. In addition, the property must actually be located on Curacao or Bonaire .
Which houses are suitable for CasaSearch?
All real estate located on Curacao or Bonaire belongs on CasaSearch. Houses and apartments for sale or rent, as well as vacation rentals, student rooms, lots and commercial properties. There is demand mainly from Western Europe, but also the USA, Canada and South America.
I already post my house on social media, is that enough?
On Curaçao and Bonaire , the local marketplaces of Facebook are popular. You only reach a small part of the house hunters in, for example, the Netherlands. Targeted searching on social media is difficult and not suitable for house hunters. Our advice is to do both. Use your socials to boost your listing with all the detailed information on your own website or CasaSearch .
I am on a booking platform. Can I also post it on CasaSearch?
Yes you can, however our advice is to create your own website for your vacation home where you can receive your own bookings directly. This saves you booking fees with the major booking platforms and offers more opportunities to tell something about your vacation home. Guests who book this way are more likely to book directly again next time, without booking platform fees.
Can I post my listings without my own website?
CasaSearch is a search engine without intervention with providers and interested parties. This means that we prefer to redirect home seekers to the provider's website.
If you do not have a website, your phone number and/or email address will be placed with your listing 's provider information.
Which Premium Listing account is right for me?
All Premium Listing accounts have a full listing with additional photos, full description and management dashboard.
Premium A is suitable for 1 home, with Premium B you can manually post and track up to 20 homes. Premium C and D are suitable for real estate agents with more than 20 homes that we automatically keep up-2-dated through a data feed or scraper.
A Premium Search account is also included for all Listing accounts, allowing you to use all the functionality of the website and possibly create a search with email notification. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information.
