The newly built home features 2 bedrooms both with private bathrooms. The living room has French doors with a beautiful porch. The kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances and has a kitchen island where you can enjoy sitting. The kitchen has an open connection to the living room, this gives a very spacious feeling. All bedrooms come with built-in closets and air conditioning.

Resort;

It is a secure resort that will house a total of 30 homes.
Different types of homes will be built, each on proprietary land.
You enter the resort through an automatic gate.
Each property has its own private parking space.
There is a communal swimming pool at the resort.

New construction;
