This truly fantastic restored country house from the 18th century is located right by the sea. Hidden behind beautiful old mahogany trees is an estate with so much privacy that it is even a little unknown on Curacao.
The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms and three large bathrooms, all with whirlpool baths and a separate shower . On the second floor, the balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea with a continuous parade of ships sailing in and out of Curaçao 's famous harbor.
The large kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and is very tastefully situated in the original kitchen where you will also find the old Fogon (bread oven).
The dining room floor is covered with old Dutch tiles, which came to the island as ballast in sailing ships. The en-suite living room has high ceilings. There is another media room just beyond the entrance.
The freshwater pool has a romantic shape, there is an underwater seating area and a fountain. There is a bridge over the pool for the best photo moments.

To the right of the main building , connected by a viaduct used in the past to carry rainwater , is located a detached apartment . This has a complete kitchen , living room, bathroom and bedroom in the loft and its own covered patio .
On the other side again connected by a beautiful arch(viaduct) in the former water tank are now 'his' and 'her' offices with interesting texture of the 300 year old walls. Hidden under a secret floor is a similar size wine cellar or storage room. Both offices have two - line phone service, broadband Internet connection, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Wireless Internet service covers the entire property.
A storage area connects the offices at the rear of a century-old two-story building erected in the , Spanish fort style. This property is also right by the sea and contains two apartments. This apartment complex features a two - bedroom apartment with living room, dining room, full kitchen with pantry and covered terrace on the first floor.
The upper apartment has the same floor plan, but also has a large bedroom in the attic and a terrace covered with a Dutch tile roof that hangs almost on the 'always gentle' waves of the southern Caribbean.

Despite its tranquility, this estate is very close to the action. Two doors from the beautiful Avila Beach Hotel and literally across the street from four nice restaurants, two minutes by car or 15 minutes walk to downtown Willemstad with its many restaurants and stores. Seven of Curaçao 's best restaurants are a few minutes walk from the property.
