This very modern three-bedroom penthouse is generously sized in all its facets so you immediately experience a wow moment upon entering. The penthouse is located in La Palapa Beach Resort on the Caracas Bay in Jan Thiel, one of Curaçao's most sought-after locations. La Palapa is part of the yachting community and is located in front of the marinas and on Spanish Water Bay. The famous Jan Thiel Beach and Caracas Bay with its restaurants, beach bars, dive sites and other recreational opportunities are a three-minute drive away. The penthouse is accessible by stairs or elevator. Upon entering, a bright, very spacious living room opens up from which you immediately enjoy the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Striking are the large glass sliding doors that extend both on the front and back over the full width of the penthouse which creates a natural light throughout the penthouse. The sleek kitchen has all the luxuries such as an induction cooktop, oven double-door refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is situated in a corner and is connected to the living room via a kitchen island with bar. Furthermore, the kitchen has a separate pantry and you have direct access to the porch.
From the living room you enter two spacious bedrooms on the right side of the penthouse. One spacious bedroom is located on the seaward side from where you directly enter the porch. The bedroom on the garden side has a built-in closet and gives access to the terrace. The bedrooms share an elegant bathroom and each has a separate entrance. The third bedroom on the left side has an ensuite bathroom.
The veranda on the garden and sea side extend the entire width of the penthouse. The veranda with jacuzzi is large enough for a lounge and dinner table to relax and entertain in peace and quiet. Enjoy views of the beach with one of the island's historic landmarks, Fort Beekenburg. The back porch overlooks La Palapa's garden and community pool.
The penthouse is excellently built on the wind making it wonderfully cool in all rooms. There is also air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom and the entire penthouse has a light tiled floor creating an open and spacious flow.
La Palapa is a gated resort which has 24/7 security. The penthouse is suitable for own occupation as well as for short and long term rentals. On-site rental and management is available.
