Half of the rooms are on the first floor, the other half on the second floor. If you have a preference for a type of room, please let us know with your request.

The following facilities are available:
*A large sun terrace with BBQ that you can use. This terrace is located at the back of the property so no one is bothered by noise. Here is also a brand new, lovely, communal pool:)
*Sufficient parking behind a locked gate, so you can safely park your car or scooter.
*A spacious general kitchen with multiple stoves and large American refrigerators.
*Wifi throughout the premises and in the rooms (use on payment of Naf 50.00 per month).
*General area at the reception where you can work or relax, with air conditioning.
*General areas are cleaned once a week.

Within walking distance are the following establishments; McDonalds, (large) supermarket, laundry, gym, Zuikertuin Mall, Vinick Plaza Mall, ATM, bus stop and several eateries.

LODGING RATES:
Naf 700 per month (for single room 14m2)
Naf 800 per month (for single room 20m2)
Naf 950 per month (for double room 20m2)

Price includes water and electricity consumption. No air conditioning.

Before arrival on Curacao, the tenant must transfer a deposit of 1 month rent plus 1 month rent deposit.
One-time Naf 150 administration fee (to the administrator).
