The complex at 43 Telamon Street consists of a total of six buildings into which the rooms and studios are divided. The studios are pretty much the same in terms of furnishings. Among the rooms, we have advantage rooms, regular rooms and sea view rooms. See the differences, facilities and prices of these types of rooms under the rent tab. The complex also has five kitchens equipped with stoves, a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerators and shelf space for your groceries. The 14 bathrooms are spread throughout the buildings so you never have to wait to use them. In addition, experience shows that residents work and or intern at different times. At the front of the Telamon Street student residence we now have several parking spaces. Some of these are on a section which can be closed off behind a gate. If you want to reserve such a place you can! This way you will have your own private parking space.

Large pool:

Villa Telamon 43 youth- student complex is one of the few houses where you can use a large swimming pool. Of course there are other houses with pools but these are usually smaller plunge pools instead of the 30 m2 pool at this accommodation! Enjoy a cooling dip after a hard day's work or internship!

The Telamonbar/Common Living Room:

Unique at 43 Telamon Street is our common living room with bar function. Here you can spend the evening or day together. In this common room there is a bar, music, dinner table, internet and study table, television and lounge sofas. In this way you will quickly get to know many people on the island and Curacao will become your home in no time.

Safety:

Safety is our top priority and our accommodations must be crime-proof! But the greatest security as a new resident of Curaçao is by being observant and not being noticed. How that works we explain to you very clearly both before your arrival and during your stay. For us as landlords, the importance of your safe housing is just as great as it is for you! The Telamonstraat student house is well lit, fully walled, equipped with strong locks and hinges plus it has an alarm. With these safety measures and a good intake about the do's and don'ts of Curacao, among others, we do our best to give you a safe stay! Room Rental Telamon Street:

At the Telamon Street youth complex we have three types of rooms, called: advantage rooms, regular rooms and sea view rooms. Herein the size, the possible facilities and the view make the distinction. All rooms are basically equipped with a single bed. In regular and sea view rooms, it is additionally possible to change this to a full-size or double bed. The rooms are also all equipped with a desk, chair with pillow, storage space for your clothes, mirror, wall decoration, bedside table, bedside lamp, fan (if you do not book air conditioning) lighting and curtains. Towels and bed linen can be ordered separately before arrival so we can make up your bed neatly for the first night at Telamon Street. In addition to these basic facilities, you can also choose to have a private refrigerator placed in your room. Finally, it is also possible to book air conditioning separately.

Studio Rental Telamon Street:

At Telamon Street we have three studios all with the same facilities. At the studios you will have a large room with a private kitchen/kitchenette and a private bathroom. The studios are equipped with a double bed, wastepaper basket, bedside table and bedside lamp, a table with two chairs, storage space for your clothes, fan (if you do not purchase air conditioning) lighting and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink with mirror. If you would like air conditioning in your studio on Telamonstraat, you can book this separately.
