The rooms

There are a total of 6 different rooms and 1 studio in this student residence. Also, there are 4 more studios under construction. The rooms have different areas(between 8 and 11.5 m2), layouts and accessories and are spread over the main house and an apartment which is next to it. The studio is also a separate house on the property and equipped with all private conveniences.

In the main house you will find a fully equipped bar/kitchen, bathroom and cozy living room, which all tenants are allowed to use. In the communal garden there is a BBQ.
