Student House Centrally Located Santa Rosa

The Bentaweg student house is located in the Santa Rosa neighborhood. This neighborhood is centrally located to Mangusa Hypermarket, a pharmacy, Santa Rosa Cafe, a Mc Donalds and Zuikertuintje where various entertainment venues and stores can be found, among others. Within walking distance you will find mini-markets, a bakery and even the KFC and Subway, among others.
Also you are within no time at the popular beaches such as Mambo and Wet&Wild or in the city (Punda). There is a bus stop 100 meters from the house, so you are mobile even if you have not (yet) rented a car or scooter. If you do have a vehicle at your disposal, you can park it inside the parking lot which is closed with a gate.

The rooms
There are a total of 7 different rooms in this student residence. The rooms have different surface areas (between 8 and 11.5 m2), layouts and accessories are scattered throughout the main house and an apartment which is next door.

The studios
A total of 5 studios are located on the terrain. One of the studios is a separate house of about 25 m2 with a private terrace. There are 4 new studios of 15.5 m2 built which are available from mid-October. The 5 studios have a private bathroom, kitchenette and sitting area.

In the main house you will find a fully equipped bar/kitchen, bathroom and cozy living room, which all tenants are allowed to use. In the communal garden there is a BBQ.

Room 2:

The room is located in the residence with use of shared bathroom, cozy kitchen/bar and living room, chill corner, garden with bbq.

Room 3:

The room is located in the residence with use of shared bathroom, cozy kitchen/bar and living room, chill corner, garden with bbq.

Room 4: 

A spacious room with a private bathroom, located in the main house with use of shared living room, kitchen/bar, chill corner and garden with bbq.

Rental rate Naf 785,-

Room 5:

A spacious room, located in the main house with use of shared bathroom, cozy kitchen/bar and living room, chill corner, garden with bbq. This room has its own entrance outside and an entrance through the main house.

Studio # 6:

This is a very nice fully furnished studio (a self-contained wooden house) located next to the main house and suitable for rental to 1 or 2 persons. The studio has a private bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area with sofa and coffee table, LCD and DVD player and a terrace with a seating area.
Of course, you can always use the cozy living room, kitchen and bar in the main house, chill corner with bbq.

Studios # 7, 8, 9 and 10:

These are 4 identical nice and spacious studios, which were recently built of wood. The studios have their own shower/toilet and kitchenette and cozy sitting area.

Apartment:

Room 11:

This room is in the apartment, located next to the main house in the garden. You share the bathroom and kitchen with
room 12.

Room 12:

This is a nice spacious room with a sitting area, LCD and DVD player. This room with 2 entrances, is also in the apartment and shares the bathroom and kitchen with room 11.

*Residents of the studios and apartment can of course always use the cozy living room, kitchen and bar in the main house, chill corner with bbq.
