The resort is secured with a main gate accessible only by remote control assigned to residents. After the gate opens you enter a cul-de-sac surrounded by beautiful houses, a communal pool and friendly neighbors. Drive a little further and you get to the house. It has its own gate to enter and you can park 2-3 cars in the garden.

As you enter the home, you immediately see a Sofa with a coffee table facing a flat-screen TV. You will also find a kitchen, facing the covered seating area on the patio. The kitchen is equipped with all the inventory you would need such as, kitchen stove, oven, dishes, pans etc. and even an airfryer.

The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which the master bedroom has a private bathroom. The other bathroom is accessible from every other room of the house. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, fans and size beds with pillows and blankets. The master bedroom is also equipped with a TV mounted in front of the bed.

In the backyard, you have a covered laundry room with hanging racks in the backyard. There is also a separate covered area with table and chairs for relaxing in the breeze.

All the above benefits is available for a rental price of Naf 3000,- with one and a half months rent as security deposit.
