The apartment is located on the first floor. The stairs on the side of the complex gives access to the entrance. From here one reaches the hall. Attached to the hall is the storage room where the washing machine connection and boiler can be found. There is also a guest toilet in the hall.

The living room is spacious and connected by harmonica doors to a spacious covered porch. Here is a unique view of the sea! Furthermore, the living room has a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, electric stove, built-in oven, hood, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. 

The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment. This room is connected to the porch through sliding doors. This also brings with it a beautiful view. The master is equipped with air conditioning. Furthermore, this room has a walk-inn closet and an en-suite bathroom. This en-suite is equipped with a shower, toilet and a double sink. 

The 2nd bedroom is also air-conditioned and is connected by a sliding door to a balcony at the front of the apartment. The 3rd bedroom is also air-conditioned. These bedrooms share a bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and double sink.

Resort

Residents of Residence Le Bleu can make use of the communal swimming pool with palapa and artificial grass and will also receive a Blue Bay beach pass which provides access to the beach club. Finally, residents will have access to two parking spaces per apartment.
