Several Two-bedroom apartments for rent in a small complex with pool and palapa. This small-scale complex is located in a cul-de-sac in the quiet residential area of Jan Thiel. The complex is secured with an electronic gate with on-site parking. There are 2 buildings with 4 apartments each.

The Apartments

Each apartment has an entrance to the private patio/balcony and overlooks the tropical garden, pool and Jan Thiel neighborhood. From the patio you step into the living room and kitchen. At the rear of the apartment are the 2 bedrooms with AC and built-in closets. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower with hot water.

The upper apartments have high ceilings and overlook the beautiful tropical surroundings and all the way to Table Mountain. The apartments also have their own washing machine connection. The apartments are offered unfurnished.

The pool, lounge and palapa area is available for all tenants to enjoy.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine on site that can be used free of charge.
