Spacious Centrally Located Studios in Santa Rosa

All studios in the complex are equipped with private bathroom and toilet. The complex is spacious and has several courtyards where you can relax or work in the shade. The entire area is guarded by cameras and there is always someone present at the reception. Only tenants have access to the grounds.

 Studios of 14 m2 and 20 m2 are available. These are divided between the first floor and the second floor. If you have a preference for a room, please let us know with your application. The room of 14 m2 is for rent for ANG 800 per month and the room of 20 m2 for ANG 900 per month. These prices are excluding electricity and water.

The studios are offered without air conditioning. At an additional cost, studios with air conditioning are also available

The complex offers the following facilities:

- There is Wifi throughout the complex
- The common areas have air conditioning and are cleaned once a week
- There are plenty of parking spots for your car or scooter, behind a locked gate
- There is a large general kitchen with multiple refrigerators and stoves
- A large terrace where you can sunbathe and BBQ. The terrace is located at the back of the property so no one is bothered by noise.
- Swimming pool

Before arrival on Curacao, the tenant must transfer a deposit of 1 month rent plus 1 (month rent) deposit. One time Ang 150,- administration fee.

Rent;

ANG 800,- per month for 14 m2 rooms, excluding AE
ANG 900,- per month for 20 m2 rooms, excluding AE

The reservation is final upon receipt of the deposit and signed rental contract. The minimum rental period at this rental price is 3 months. It is possible to rent the studios from a few days onwards at a different price. Linen and towels must be brought by yourself.
