De 1e verdieping heeft een oppervlakte van 360 m2 en heeft ook een toiletgroep en een aparte keuken. De begane grond en de 1e verdieping kunnen samen of apart gehuurd worden. In het laatste geval plaatst de eigenaar een muur op de begane grond om een aparte toegang tot de 1e verdieping te creëren. Hierdoor wordt de oppervlakte van de eerste verdieping 220 m2.
De begane grond en 1e verdieping zijn volledig gerenoveerd en per direct beschikbaar.
De 2e verdieping heeft een oppervlakte van 375 m2 en heeft een hoge dakconstructie met houten balken die een ruimtelijke sfeer creëren. Deze verdieping wordt verhuurd "as is", waarbij het toilet en de badkamer door de huurder worden geïnstalleerd. De verhuurder zorgt voor de ramen en kozijnen.
De 2e verdieping heeft een lift (met nieuwe motor) met toegang aan de kant van de Ruyterkade en aan de kant van de Columbusstraat een apart trappenhuis. De lift wordt apart verhuurd.
Deze verdieping is geschikt als kantoorruimte, maar de mogelijkheid bestaat ook om vier appartementen/penthouses te realiseren door huurder in onderhuur. Tekening en offerte zijn beschikbaar. In dit geval zal er sprake zijn van een langlopend huurcontract.
Nabij het pand is voldoende parkeergelegenheid, zoals de parkeergarage van Pietermaai parking en het grote parkeerterrein aan het Waaigat.
