Renovations
Maintenance is up to date both inside and outside. In recent years the villa has been renovated in phases. The terrace, which consisted of several floors with the pool one meter higher, was leveled. In the process, the wooden terrace beams were replaced with concrete and the pool was given a makeover. The utility room was upgraded and the kitchen wall moved to create more practical space. The bar and relaxation area received a canopy. Also, the sewage and electricity were renewed and part of the rock area was transformed into a private beach. The location and weather conditions, such as sun, shade and wind, were taken into account. The maintenance of both the entire villa and the plot is completely up to date.

To the left is the garage which has room for two cars and a golf cart. On the other side, two more cars can be parked under a shade cloth. The first of the many terraces can be found to the left of the porch entrance. When you walk into the villa you are standing in the porch. Thanks to the large windows, light rules there. What immediately catches the eye is the characteristic construction of the ceiling. This runs -over the entire floor- to the ridge of the house and consists of an artistic interplay of wooden beams and boards.
Practical use of every space
A large wall covered with colorful jungle wallpaper immediately makes you feel at home. Both left and right around the tropical wall a corridor leads from the foyer to the living room and luxurious, open kitchen. Walking down the left corridor from the foyer, you will find a spacious storage room on the left. Here is plenty of closet space and room for the washer and dryer. Behind the right door you walk up a platform to one of the beautiful bedrooms with en-suite.

The separation from the outside consists largely of windows and wide French doors with shutters. In the king-size bed surrounded by a mosquito net you wake up like a king in the morning. We go back to the entrance and walk right along the "jungle wall" into the villa. This walk-through also leads into the living room and kitchen. Halfway through is an open office space on the right. In it is a U-shaped desk with room for several office chairs. Through two French doors between two doors with shutters you look out onto the front garden.

Design lamps by Philippe Starck contribute to the lighting and allure of the furnishings.
Beneath the three marble-look tables of different sizes adorns an ornate, round rug with exuberant floral print. Next to it is a cognac-colored pouf that can serve as both a seat and a side table. The furniture and accessories form a symbiosis with the TV-annex relaxation area that can be closed by sliding doors. Two sofas and an ottoman in the same blue as those in the living room reinforce the unity in interior design, Four tables on a round rug, an armchair in floral design and a wooden TV cabinet complete the furnishings.
