From the living room you enter a spacious bedroom on the left and right side. Both bedrooms have a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom on the right side also features a luxurious bathtub. All bedrooms have built-in closets, air conditioning and French balconies overlooking the Spanish Water.
The covered porch is very private because of the planted shelter. Outdoor living is wonderful because of the natural transition between the living room and the spacious porch with stunning views. Also, the apartment is excellently built on the wind making it cool in all rooms.
La Palapa is a gated resort which has 24/7 security. The apartment is suitable for own occupancy as well as short and long term rentals. On-site rental and management is available. La Palapa Resort has a communal pool and lounge area with sun beds on the marina side, and access to the beach on the sea side.
