De studio’s zijn modern ingericht met een bed, kast, bureau, plafondfan én airco. De studio’s beschikken over een eigen badkamer. De badkamer is volledig nieuw en voorzien van een douche, toilet en wastafel.

De prijzen voor de kamers zijn ANG 1.250,- per maand  (De huurprijs is exclusief electra en aircokosten, inclusief water, internet, en wekelijkse schoonmaak van de algemene ruimtes.)
