The resort

Spanish Water Apartments is a charming resort also known as La Maya Beach. The special thing about the resort is that it is in a beautiful location on Spanish Water and each apartment has a spectacular view of the water and the marina on the other side. The resort is landscaped with a tropical garden and it has its own beach on the Spanish Water. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful Curacao. The apartments are located in a semi-circle around the infinity pool, giving each apartment a perfect sense of privacy.

Located in the upper part of La Maya, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The spacious living room is connected directly to the porch through a large sliding door. This creates a spectacular open living space. The living room is equipped with a cozy lounge set, large TV, and ceiling fan. The space is also luxuriously finished with air conditioning. From the living room there is a beautiful view of the tropical resort and Spanish Water.

The apartment features a modern open kitchen with all amenities. The kitchen has a sink, induction cooktop, built-in oven, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. The space is also equipped with a large dining table. The entire space is connected to the porch through the large sliding doors. This provides a fresh breeze through the living space and also here beautiful views of the Spanish Water.

The hall gives access to both bedrooms, the bathroom, guest toilet, and storage space.

The master bedroom is luxuriously finished with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable box spring, a closet, and air conditioning. The windows provide good light and are fitted with shutters and blinds. The en-suite bathroom is luxuriously finished and equipped with a spacious shower, floating toilet, and washbasin with illuminated mirror.

The second bedroom is also luxuriously finished and fully furnished with comfortable box spring, closet, and air conditioning. Again, the windows provide good light and are fitted with shutters and blinds.

The second bathroom has a spacious shower and sink with illuminated mirror. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The storage room has the hot water heater and a washing machine. In addition, there is plenty of storage space.

The spacious porch is directly connected to the open living space and is equipped with a cozy lounge set and a dining table. Since the apartment is elevated, the porch not only offers beautiful views of the tropical garden and pool, but also of the Spanish Water and the marina. Also, the location provides a very good breeze.

The apartment is located directly on the communal swimming pool accessible to the residents of the higher-level apartments. In addition, the apartment has access to the tropical pool and beach located in the middle of the resort.
