The impressive villa has a total of 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, on a built-up area of about 646 sqm with beautiful views, a swimming pool, a pier with jetty and a guest house. An entertainment room, home theater, roof terrace and outdoor terraces are spread over three floors, on a plot of about 1400 sqm.
The fenced garden and the facade on the street side conceal the true size of the property. Two cars's can be parked through the electronic garage door, and walk to the front garden and front door of the villa. Through the front garden there is also separate access to the indoor studio with bathroom (or en-suite bedroom) with its own hallway.
As soon as you step inside the villa you experience the spectacular effect of the sea view and Table Mountain behind, due to the large windows and glass doors over almost the entire back allowing you to enjoy beautiful views in all all rooms.
Through the entrance you walk right into the living room with a unique eye-catcher; a fireplace framed by an indoor waterfall. The long kitchen, designed for a generous cooking island, connects the living room to the multifunctional left room that could serve as a dining room, library or work space and from which you also have entrance to the indoor studio. From this space you can also overlook the covered terrace and courtyard. The kitchen has two water and electricity connections, a storage niche and a pantry.
Behind the kitchen you will find a hall with the guest bathroom, a panic room equipped with electrical and security systems and another en-suite bedroom with external access.
Through the sliding glass doors you enter the outdoor terrace with the infinity pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower; a wonderful outdoor space for lounging and entertaining by the water.

Opposite these spaces is the impressive office (or bedroom) with full-length panoramic sea views, a covered terrace and en-suite bathroom. Next door is the 28m2 master bedroom; with a 25m2 en-suite bathroom behind a dividing wall, sink units for him and her, a Duravit bathtub and a spacious shower stall with an Axor Grohe double rain shower and wooden floors.
