De neonfasade inspireert al meerdere huurders. De centraal gelegen hal is de ingang van kantoren aan beide zijden van de trap en de lift. Bitterstraat 3-9, better known as the Miami Building, is located in the Scharloo district, the old Jewish quarter of Willemstad where a number of wealthy entrepreneurs built their homes. Many, not all, of the buildings have been beautifully restored. The Miami Building is one of the restored buildings and has the allure of the roaring twenties. The neon façade already inspires several tenants. The centered hall is the entrance to offices on both sides of the staircase and elevator. On the ground floor we have created a co-workspace with flex-desks and informal meeting facilities for small businesses, startups and independent entrepreneurs.
